Target Audience
This course is designed for:

Current Scrum Masters
Team leaders, project managers, and others acting as Agile facilitators within SAFe® or enterprise Agile environments
Engineering and development managers tasked with Agile execution and coaching teams or teams of teams
Agile coaches
Agile program managers and aspiring Release Train Engineers
Course Objectives
Upon completion, participants will be able to:

Apply SAFe® principles to facilitation, enablement, and coaching across multi-team settings
Construct high-performing teams and promote continuous improvement at both team and program levels
Identify and resolve Agile and Scrum anti-patterns
Encourage the adoption of engineering practices, DevOps, and Agile architecture
Utilize Kanban and flow principles to optimize team productivity
Facilitate program planning, execution, and the delivery of end-to-end system value
Foster learning through engagement in Communities of Practice and innovation cycles

Requirements

Participants are strongly encouraged to hold one of the following certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or have completed the SAFe Scrum Master Orientation as a SAFe Practitioner (SP).
