jBPM Consulting Project for a Major International Telecommunications and Media Company
Requirements: Conduct a high-level architecture review. Support the migration of business-critical processes to a new platform. Assist with using jBPM for decision automation.
Deliverables: Provide guidance on the technical aspects of the project. Research and implement solutions. Design and deliver customized training sessions to enable engineers to independently develop complex jBPM solutions in the future.
Outcome: This long-term, complex consultancy project involved NobleProg being embedded within the client team. The migration of business-critical processes to the new platform was successful, followed by ongoing support to help the business team transition to independent operations. The training provided was highly regarded and enabled many staff members to transition into new roles supporting the systems on the new platform.
