The curriculum places strong emphasis on understanding the team’s specific role within the ART, fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in conjunction with other teams.

The training equips teams to actively engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with a special focus on upcoming PI planning sessions.
