The "Scrum for the Advanced Scrum Master + Preparation for PSM II" training is aimed at experienced Scrum Masters who wish to expand their competencies, understand the workings of Scrum more deeply, and become true leaders in the agile approach. The course includes interpretation of the Scrum Guide in line with the vision of Scrum.org, which is key in the context of the PSM II exam. This two-day program is tailored to assist teams belonging to an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile setting. By leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP, participants will learn how to function as cohesive Agile Teams, effectively create and manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and deliver iterations. The curriculum places strong emphasis on understanding the team’s specific role within the ART, fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in conjunction with other teams.

The training equips teams to actively engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with a special focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon course completion, participants will be well-prepared to take the certification exam to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
