Course Outline

The 'Agile Project Management' course includes the presentation of agile project management concepts and principles, as well as the introduction and practice of various agile project management practices related to:

  • The full project lifecycle, i.e., from initiation, through planning and monitoring, to closure
  • Different agile approaches, such as Scrum and Kanban.
