2. Lean for Managing Requirements and Projects (4 hours)

  • VOC (Voice of the Customer) analysis.
  • Prioritization techniques: MoSCoW, WSJF, and Effort-Impact Matrix.
  • A3 Project Thinking: Structure and application.
  • Comparative overview: Lean vs. Agile vs. Six Sigma.

3. Lean Kanban (4 hours)

  • Kanban system fundamentals and components.
  • Board management strategies.
  • Pull mechanisms and Work In Progress (WIP) limits.
  • Flow metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Takt Time.

4. Lean in Processes (4 hours)

  • VSM (Value Stream Mapping) techniques.
  • Identifying waste in banking processes.
  • Applying KAIKAKU for radical improvement.

5. Other Lean Tools (2 hours)

  • GEMBA (go to the gemba).
  • KAIZEN (continuous improvement).
  • Root cause analysis: Ishikawa diagrams and 5 Whys.
  • POKA-YOKE (error-proofing).
