- Explanation of master data in SAP SD (customer, material, and price data) + exercises.
- Transitioning from customer creation in ECC (including contact person assignment) to creating a Business Partner (BP) - highlighting differences, similarities, and exercises covering all steps in ECC vs. S/4HANA 2020.
- Customer data - explaining the differences between general data, company code data, and sales area data + exercises.
- Explanation of tabs in material general data - connections to other modules + exercises.
