- SAP Fiori Launchpad (user preferences and access to the “Tile” catalog / personalizing the home page (startup))
- Differences / similarities, working methods, examples (comparison with ECC)
- Examples of users and associated (assigned) roles
- Explanation of the functionality of the User maintenance and Role Administration modules in S/4 compared with ECC.
Module 2
- SAP Terminology (transaction codes, roles, profiles, authorization objects),
- SUIM, SU24, SU53
- SAP roles and authorizations in S/4HANA 2020 (comparison with the ECC version) + examples in the S/4 system - explanation of the PFCG transaction + exercises
- Definition (explanation) of the working method with users, roles, and authorizations in S/4HANA.

- Explanation of basic data found in role maintenance
- Data on creating single and composite roles + exercises
- Course graduates will be able to summarize how system users are created and administered
