Upon completion of this training, participants will be equipped to:

• Boost the volume of work items completed within a given time frame.
• Shorten the duration needed to finish work items.
• Enhance the predictability of work outcomes (offering more accurate responses to "When will it be finished?").
• Control flow metrics (including throughput, lead time, work in progress, and work item age).
• Employ flow charts (such as Cumulative Flow Diagrams, Lead Time Histograms, and Work Aging Charts).
• Apply statistical forecasting techniques, including Monte Carlo simulations and Service Level Agreements.
• Methodologically design a Kanban System using the STATIK framework.
• Comprehend Little's Law, which explains the characteristics of value flow.

This two-day program is tailored to assist teams belonging to an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile setting. By leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP, participants will learn how to function as cohesive Agile Teams, effectively create and manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and deliver iterations. The curriculum places strong emphasis on understanding the team’s specific role within the ART, fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in conjunction with other teams.

The training equips teams to actively engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with a special focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon course completion, participants will be well-prepared to take the certification exam to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.

• Implementing SAFe principles to scale Lean and Agile practices throughout the organization.
