Requirements
\u2022 Participants must complete a 48-question, online 360-degree survey. This provides self-feedback and allows input from up to seven other individuals to clarify current influence behaviors. Please note that responses are not anonymous. \u2022 The resulting report links to the Influencing Behaviour Model used in the programme and is revisited during the course.
