Cross-cultural differences in teamwork Training Course
Purpose and objectives of the training. This training is designed for all professionals who interact with representatives of different cultures in their work. It is aimed both at individuals who intend (or already do) establish business contacts with foreign partners, conduct negotiations, sell and promote their products, as well as those who collaborate with foreigners on site in Poland. Representatives from various industries can participate in the training, regardless of age or managerial level. Depending on demand, the training can be tailored for an advanced group in a specific field and focus on a particular region or country (e.g., Scandinavian countries, Arab countries, etc.). Training sessions are open; however, they can also be closed and directed to a specific company or group of people based on demand.

7 HoursStress has become a permanent factor in the lives of each of us. We live in this century of speed, and almost everyone faces difficulties caused by everyday stress. Heavy traffic, professional workload, uncertainties generated by the end of the pandemic period... all these situations generate discomfort and can affect the psychological and emotional state of company employees. Recent studies support that stress has become the second major factor affecting employees' health.
Stressors can generate a series of emotional reactions associated with fear, sadness, disappointment, anger, fatigue, etc., and each of these reactions can have different intensities starting from a moderate level of stress at level 1-2, passing through an accentuated level of stress at level 3-4, and reaching an intense burnout-type stress at level 5.
