Analysis

  • How our qualities can work against us: the different communication styles (DISC) and their potential pitfalls.
  • Identifying our core values and assessing their alignment with those of our company, department, or team.
  • An inventory of situations causing beneficial stress.
  • Strategies for optimizing positive stress.

Empowerment

  • Interviews (in pairs / debriefing): Discover your skills and key strengths.

  • A daily relaxation exercise.
