Stress Management Training in Muntenia

Stress Management & Resilience is a practical program focused on evidence-based techniques and reflective practices that help participants manage personal stressors, improve adaptability, and increase openness to change and feedback.

Stress has become a permanent factor in all of our lives. We live in this century of speed, and almost everyone experiences the difficulties generated by daily stress. Heavy traffic, professional workload, uncertainties caused by the end of the pandemic... all these situations generate discomfort and can affect the mental and emotional well-being of employees in companies. Studies in recent years have shown that stress has become the second major factor affecting employee health.

Stressors can trigger a range of emotional responses associated with fear, sadness, disappointment, anger, fatigue, etc., and each of these reactions can vary in intensity from moderate stress levels 1-2, through heightened stress levels 3-4, to intense burnout-level stress 5.

We aim to discuss the ways we can recognize our stress level and set some objectives to help us manage emotional strain more effectively.

In the final part, we will discuss some 'tips and tricks' that we can use to reduce stress and increase resilience at each level.
