The 'Agile Project Management' course focuses on the practical aspects of agile project management. Participants gain knowledge regarding the role of project managers in an agile organisation, organisational transformation, client engagement, increasing work predictability, and managing change. The programme covers Agile concepts such as Scrum and Kanban and discusses the roles of key stakeholders, i.e., the Product Owner, the Project Team, and the Scrum Master. Participants learn how to initiate and plan agile projects, monitor progress, implement agile project delivery practices, apply Kanban methods, and introduce Agile within traditional organisations.

This two-day program is tailored to assist teams belonging to an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile setting. By leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP, participants will learn how to function as cohesive Agile Teams, effectively create and manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and deliver iterations.
