Day 1: Overview of ISO/IEC 42001 and the initial phase of AIMS implementation
Day 2: Structuring the AIMS implementation strategy

Day 4: AIMS monitoring, continuous improvement, and pre-certification audit preparation
Day 5: Certification examination

- Describe the core concepts and underlying principles of an AIMS aligned with ISO/IEC 42001
- Analyze the ISO/IEC 42001 requirements for AIMS from an implementer’s standpoint
- Kick-start and structure the AIMS implementation process using PECB’s IMS2 Methodology alongside industry best practices

Exam
The “PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer” examination satisfies all requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP). The assessment covers the following competency domains:
Domain 1: Core principles and concepts of an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS)
Domain 2: Requirements for an Artificial Intelligence Management System
Domain 3: Planning the AIMS implementation in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001
Domain 4: Executing the AIMS implementation in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001
Domain 5: Monitoring and measuring the AIMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001
Domain 6: Continuous improvement and preparation for the AIMS certification audit
Available Credentials and Requirements
Following a successful exam, you may apply for one of the following certifications based on your professional background and project history. Certification is granted upon meeting all criteria for the chosen tier, including the execution of the PECB Code of Ethics.
1. PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Provisional Implementer

2. PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Implementer

AIMS Project Experience: Minimum of 200 hours spent on project activities

3. PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer

4. PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Senior Lead Implementer

Exam Requirement: Completion of the PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer exam or an equivalent assessment

Professional Experience: Ten years of total professional experience, including at least seven years dedicated to artificial intelligence

AIMS Project Experience: Minimum of 1,000 hours spent on project activities

General
- Course fees encompass both the training and the examination costs.
- Attendees receive comprehensive course materials featuring more than 400 pages of insights, case studies, practical exercises, and quizzes.
- Participants who complete the training will receive a certificate of completion worth 31 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits.
- Individuals who have finished the course but did not pass the exam are permitted one free retake within 12 months of their initial exam date.
